Quick Weekend Getaways From Delhi

Staying in the city can be exhilarating. You get to the party, you get to go to various events, you get to shop at the best places and eat amazing food at high-end eateries. Yet, we all get tired of the city life at some point or other. The pollution, the traffic, the same-old routine life, and most importantly the complications in our daily lives and workplace, get to us. We itch to get away from all this and find peace elsewhere. Though it is not possible literally, what we can do is take a break from your daily grind and go to a beautiful place at least for a couple of days. Weekend getaways are hugely popular these days, as most people find it hard to take too many leaves from work and go on vacations. Since 2020 has several long weekends, why not start planning from now and choose a few destinations to put down in your holiday planner? Here, are a few amazing destinations close to Delhi where you can go.

Lansdowne

The quaint town of Lansdowne is the perfect haunt for a weekend getaway where you can master the art of doing nothing. Long walks, beautiful sunsets, a hot cup of chocolate, snuggles under the blanket, and endless gazing at the bluest shade of the sky and the pine trees will make it all worth it. On top of that, the drive from Delhi is fabulous through Pine jungles, good roads, and spectacular views.
